My Service

 Overview

My Service is a software system for facilitating requesting a service from technicians and professionals registered at the system as qualified service providers, and a platform for the service providers to facilitate, organize, promote, and manage their work.

From customer perspective, he/she will be able to find all qualified technicians for a specific service at a specific area in a fast and easy and granted way. From the technician perspective, he is able to find fast, easy, and granted way to facilitate, and manage his work. This system allow the customers to request services from service providers and professionals registered at the system as qualified service providers.

The system gives the customer fast access for requesting services from anywhere, anytime, and most of services kinds available to be requested, no need to ask others for a service provider. The system gives the customer variety of choices in selecting the proper service provider for his needs with no headache of the service providers lack of experience, high costs, and the latency in appointments.

The system gives the customer the ability to evaluate the service provider to be tracked for other users. User guarantees at least the minimum requirements for the service provider from security, and technical qualifications perspectives. The system allows customers to send help desk tickets to the service operator to update or change information registered at orders requested.

This system allows Service providers to provide services is an easy, fast, and efficient way. The system allows service providers to manage their work and organize customer’s requests and got accessed easily by service consumers. The system acts as a platform for the service providers to facilitate, organize, promote, and manage their work. Service providers able to find more opportunities in multiple regions. Service providers get more confident about the customers. Service providers are rated by customers, So professional service providers have more opportunities to be selected by customers as the service providers with low rate are neglected by customers.

Finally the system allows Service Operator to track, monitor, and operate the system transactions, resources, and complains.

Operations

All the system stakeholders interact with the system. Each stakeholder interact with the system according to his needs and role. Each stakeholder have a specific role which means set of permissions for this role.

Customers interact with the system as a service consumers. They can request a single service or multiple services. On the other hand; Service Providers interact with the system as a service suppliers. They can supply a single service or multiple services. Service Operators interact with the system as a manager for the service requesting and supplying. They manage all processes related to the service requesting and supplying.

The order cycle begin when the customer place a new order in the system. System checks if the requested service provider is available in the order time or not. In case the service provider is not available in the order time, the system ask the customer to select another service provider. When the service provider arrives the service place, he should start the work from the system. After finishing the work, he should end the work from the system. When technician ends the work, he is asked to enter the amount of money he got from the customer. The customer get invoice for the order fees. After that customer is able to rate the service.

This system allows Service Operator to track, monitor, and operate the system transactions, resources, and complains. Service operator with the role administrator is allowed to set all the system settings and functions related to the business like: Customers, Service providers, Users, Permissions, Help Desk Tickets, Financial Statements, Complains, and Promotions.

Service Operator can approve or reject pending orders for the selected service provider based on a request from technician or call center. Service operator is able to block and unblock customers and service providers. Service operator able to manage all system settings like supported services, supported areas, payment methods, work time, vacations, time zone … etc.
